Heather (Zander) Barry is a legend of North Dakota track and field. She won 10 North Dakota state high school titles before going on to a decorated career at North Dakota State University. Heather shares her experiences of being the one to beat in high school & having that so-called “target” on your back, transitioning to the multi and learning new events, and the laser-like focus that she competed with, which her coach called the “Zander-Zone."
